My body type is an ectomorph, which means I started off as a skinny kid who had a hard time putting on weight.
When I decided I wanted to become strong, I knew it would be a challenge, but I had the support of friends and mentors who helped me set goals and overcome my obstacles.
Now I compete in body building competitions and study the effects of nutrition and fitness on different body and blood types.
Once I started my fitness routines, I really had to focus in on my nutrition and make sure I was eating enough of the right foods to keep up with my fast metabolism.
A structured nutrition & fitness plan and excellent coaches to keep me accountable were the key components of my success strategy.
Now I am paying it forward and coaching others so they can achieve the results they are working for.
